Requirements and supplier sourcing

What should I include in my procurement inquiry?

Include the product specification or reference images, target quantity, customization requirements and destination. Drawings, approved samples and packaging details help us assess the project more precisely.

How many supplier options will I receive?

We provide at least three supplier options, with comparison information relevant to your brief. The sourcing review considers product fit, order minimums, lead times and commercial terms.

Do you support small orders?

Supplier minimum order quantities vary by product and customization. Submit your target quantity so we can assess suitable suppliers and order feasibility.

Can you coordinate a customized product?

Customization requirements are reviewed with the supplier, including drawings, materials, tooling, branding and packaging. Sample approval and commercial terms are agreed before production.

Quotations and payments

How are fees quoted?

Project quotations itemize product costs, service fees, sample and inspection costs, and freight. The scope of work and commercial terms are agreed in writing before the project begins.

Who receives supplier payments?

The written agreement specifies the payment recipient, currency, deposit, balance and approval milestones. Review and approve these terms before making any payment.

When will I hear back?

After receiving your inquiry, we review your product requirements, order quantity and destination. We then contact you to clarify specifications and discuss the appropriate sourcing scope.

Verification and quality

Can I see supplier details?

Supplier information and the scope of verification should be agreed in your sourcing brief. Supporting information can include company records, factory capability and sample findings.

How is quality checked?

Checks are defined against the approved specifications and sample. Depending on the project, checkpoints may include pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspection.

Are samples reviewed before production?

The project scope defines sample requirements and approval checkpoints. Record approved specifications and any changes so the supplier has a clear production reference.

Shipping and import requirements

Can you arrange shipping?

We coordinate consolidation, packaging and freight options according to your order requirements. Import duties, destination compliance and customs responsibilities are specified in the shipping terms.

Who is responsible for import compliance?

The written scope and shipping terms define responsibilities for testing, certification, labeling, customs and import duties. Confirm the requirements for your destination market before placing an order.
