FREQUENTLY ASKED
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Do you support small orders?
Small-order support is to be confirmed. Supplier minimums vary by product and customization. Include your target quantity so feasibility can be assessed before any commitment.
How are fees quoted?
The fee model is to be confirmed. A project proposal should identify product cost, service fee, sample and inspection costs, and freight separately. Approve the written scope and terms before work begins.
Who receives supplier payments?
The payment arrangement is to be confirmed. The payee, currency, deposit, balance and approval checkpoints must be recorded in the written agreement before a payment is made.
When will I hear back?
A standard response time has not yet been set. The next step is a review of the product, quantity and destination, followed by any questions needed to assess the sourcing scope.
Can I see supplier details?
Supplier information and the scope of verification should be agreed in your sourcing brief. Supporting information can include company records, factory capability and sample findings.
How is quality checked?
Checks are defined against the approved specifications and sample. Depending on the project, checkpoints may include pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspection.
Can you arrange shipping?
Logistics coordination can cover consolidation, packing and freight options. Import duties, destination compliance and customs responsibilities need to be confirmed for each order.
